Acne Recurrence Prevention Package: Precisely Targeting Sebaceous Glands for a Unique Difference
A specially designed program by Kkeut Clinic that precisely destroys the sebaceous glands, the root cause of acne, and prevents recurrence. It consists of three stages: Short, Intense, and Premium, centered around Agnes treatment.
Options
SHORT (4 weeks)
INTENSE (8 weeks, standard)
PREMIUM (8 weeks, advanced)
All three programs are built around AGNES (insulated RF microneedle) because it addresses the primary driver of acne—overactive sebaceous glands—at the source.
The core of acne is the sebaceous gland.
AGNES delivers heat only to the targeted gland via an insulated needle, minimizing epidermal injury while selectively disabling problem glands long-term.
Why not isotretinoin?
Isotretinoin (Roaccutane) suppresses sebum production systemically. It can be effective but comes with notable potential side effects (e.g., hair shedding, dryness/peeling, mood changes, liver enzyme elevation). Many patients visit us after discontinuing due to side effects.
Why AGNES?
It treats only where needed, only as much as needed—destroying overactive glands to reduce recurrence, without over-suppressing normal areas. Skin’s oil-moisture balance is preserved and side effects are minimized.
Why get AGNES at KKEUT?
AGNES isn’t “just poking.”
Too few shots can paradoxically stimulate glands; enough, meaningful shots are critical.
But indiscriminately doing too many can increase risks like post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) or scarring.
Our method:
Not “as many as possible,” but as many as meaningful
Patient-specific energy and depth control as standard
Design-driven protocols that guarantee sufficient, meaningful shot counts while minimizing pigmentary risk
With AGNES, where, how, and how many are everything. Even in a single session, our goal is safer and more effective results.
After AGNES, residual sebum may surface as tiny milia-like bumps for a short time. We plan for this and include management in every package:
Comedone extraction
Sebum-melting RF care (softens/separates hardened sebum after AGNES)
Anti-inflammatory pharmacopuncture (herbal injection)
We use Ethosome Gold PTT, an evolution beyond traditional PDT/Gold-PTT:
Faster drug absorption
Precise penetration into sebaceous units
Dermal temperature elevation ensured with ≥3,000 shots of Genesis Toning, maximizing drug effect
Gentle enough to add after AGNES
In PREMIUM, we destroy with AGNES and suppress with Ethosome PTT to lower recurrence risk.
AGNES ×1 + full aftercare
Includes Black Vinegar Peel + BHA Peel (clears keratin/sebum pathways to disrupt relapse loops)
Best for: oily skin with intermittent inflammatory acne
AGNES ×2 (4 weeks apart)
Complete interim AGNES-specific aftercare included
Best for: recurrent/inflammatory acne needing focused care
Often shows clear photo-documented improvement (AGNES is generally recommended ≥2 sessions).
Ideal for those seeking a textbook, comprehensive approach.
AGNES ×2 + Ethosome Gold PTT
Maximizes sebum suppression with minimal irritation
Includes Lala Peel (low-irritation) for sensitive skin compatibility
Best for: adults with persistent acne seeking our most thorough program
One AGNES session alone rarely ends the acne journey.
There’s a phase where residual sebum exits (tiny bumps), a period before glands are fully suppressed, and overall skin stability must be managed.
To reach a truly finished outcome, the care plan must anticipate, design for, and manage each phase:
Sebaceous gland ablation → secretion suppression → sebum elimination → inflammation calming
All steps need to connect to lower recurrence.
How to use AGNES well—and how to see it through afterward—
that’s the designed, end-to-end acne care of KKEUT Clinic.
Q&A
Can middle school and high school students receive this treatment?
Parental consent is required, and while teenage students can receive treatment, we explain the appropriate program after checking their skin condition.
Will my acne significantly decrease after receiving treatment?
As this is a sebaceous gland destruction procedure for acne, it can be effective if you repeat the treatment at the appropriate intervals and frequency for your skin. However, the recommended number of sessions or programs may vary for each patient.
Are there any specific precautions?
Agnes is a procedure with a downtime, so office workers and students who need to go to work/school every day may experience temporary discomfort such as sebum rising after treatment. Combining it with radiofrequency melting care can help manage this more quickly.
Can I also take medication prescribed by a dermatologist?
Acne medications (such as Isotretinoin) can be taken concurrently, but they come with precautions. You may experience significant dryness, so we recommend combining it with hydration management. Please inform us during your consultation for more detailed guidance.
