• Apply a thin, even layer to “prime” the skin.

2nd pass — Superficial target (epidermis)

• Light needling at superficial depth, then apply the ampoule.

3rd pass — DEJ target (dermis–epidermis junction/basal membrane)

• Needling at the DEJ, then apply the ampoule.

4th pass — Focus zones (customized)

Calming care

• Finish with a Jaungo modeling pack to soothe and support recovery.

How KKEUT improves absorption: the Layering Technique

Because Juvelook is not readily absorbed by simple topical application, we use MTS (Microneedle Therapy System) and Secret RF (non-insulated microneedling RF) to create micro-channels and deliver the product effectively.

MTS Layering

• MTS creates ~150 μm channels that act as pathways for the booster.

• We perform four layered passes to maximize uptake:

  1. Epidermal priming application

  2. Superficial needling, then epidermal-target application

  3. DEJ-target application (after DEJ needling)

  4. Customized focus application (pores/scars)

Afterward, we finish with Jaungo modeling pack–based calming care to minimize inflammation.

Secret RF Layering (microneedle RF)

• Forms ~180 μm channels and then lightly contracts the channel with RF heat, reducing backflow/overflow that can occur with standard needle injections.

• While absolute product loss can still occur, delivery into the intended dermal layer is more uniform, with less pain and more even absorption compared with hand injections.

• Depth is customized, again using a four-step layering sequence.

Why do we do it this way?

Juvelook is supplied as a powder and must be fully hydrated with saline to stabilize viscosity. With hand injections, inadequate hydration or depth control can cause lumps/nodules; if placed into subcutaneous fat instead of the dermis, results may be suboptimal.

Even with consistent hydration, it’s difficult to guarantee zero risk of nodules using only syringe injection. That’s why we prioritize a safer, more consistent delivery: we control hydration, viscosity, channel creation, and layered absorption so the product is placed accurately.

What is Juvelook?

Juvelook is a next-generation skin booster combining PDLLA (Poly-D,L-lactic acid) with hyaluronic acid (HA). It is designed to refine skin texture, pores, fine lines, and acne scars, while promoting dermal collagen and elastin regeneration for improved elasticity and density.

• Compared with traditional PLLA (e.g., Sculptra-type, larger particles, higher nodule risk), PDLLA uses smaller particles for better dermal delivery and higher safety, making it suitable for sensitive skin types.

• Juvelook composition:

  • PDLLA 42.5 mg (stimulates your own collagen production)

  • Non-crosslinked HA 7.5 mg (hydration and barrier support)

How it works
PDLLA stimulates fibroblasts to produce collagen and elastin. Collagen increases dermal thickness and density, while elastin restores spring and recoil. Together they can improve wrinkles, pores, and laxity.
PDLLA may also encourage new fibroblast differentiation, “remodeling” dermal structure toward a more youthful pattern.
